The 2013 Community Impact Award went to the Quinlan Financial Network, a Northwestern Mutual office in Melville, N.Y. Craig Quinlan, CLU, and the team accepted the $50,000 grant for their work with the John Theissen Children's Foundation, which supports sick and underprivileged children and their families. Don Larkin, a financial representative, has worked with others in the office to coordinate various fundraisers for the foundation, including an annual toy drive during the holidays.
