$50,000 Grant for United Way of Greater Cincinnati

The Central Region's 2012 Community Impact Award went to the Kelley Financial Group, a Northwestern Mutual office in Cincinnati. Managing Partner Shawn Kelley, CLU, CFP, and the team accepted the award for their work with the United Way of Greater Cincinnati. United Way focuses on creating and enabling the building blocks for a good quality of life through education, income and health.

The Cincinnati office worked on a number of United Way projects throughout the past year, but has become most passionate about the Freestore Foodbank, which provides school-aged children packages of food to ensure they have nourishment for over the weekend.
