2026 Annual Meeting of Policyowners Details

The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company Annual Meeting of Policyowners will be held at the company's downtown

Policyowners are invited to participate:

  1. By attending the meeting in person, which includes an opportunity to vote for the nominees for the company's Board of Trustees; or
  2. By proxy, engaging in the Board of Trustees election process using the proxy materials received in April by e-mail or mail by the , deadline.

Policyowners are welcome to view the meeting online via livestream and will have the opportunity to submit questions. Online viewers will not have the opportunity to vote during the live event, therefore, if you plan to join virtually, please be sure to submit your proxy online, by phone, or mail as described in item 2 above.

Register for the livestream. After registering, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to join the livestream on the day of the meeting.

Accessing the livestream on

  1. Please plan to join at least 15 minutes early.
  2. Click the link to the meeting in your confirmation e-mail.
  3. If you have not used Zoom Meetings, the company's livestream provider, you will be prompted to download the software before you have access to the event. Note: After clicking the link, Zoom Meetings will ask you to provide your name and email address.
  4. Make sure the speakers on your device are not muted, and the volume is turned up sufficiently.
