If you’re not failing, you are probably doing something wrong. At least that’s what Reshma Saujani thinks. She believes failing fast, hard and often is one of the most important things we can teach people.

Saujani is the founder and CEO of Girls Who Code, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to close the gender gap in computer science by providing coding opportunities for young girls.
