TOMS Shoes is a multi-million dollar business built on the promise that for every product sold, TOMS will help someone in need. But founder Blake Mycoskie didn’t set out to be an entrepreneur; he became an entrepreneur. Blake saw that needy children were missing out on education because their families could not afford shoes for them to walk to school. By identifying this problem and following his passion to solve it, TOMS turned into a huge success and a social movement.
