About Anisa
Born and raised in San Francisco, CA, I am a second-generation San Francisco native. From a young age, I had a distinct passion for theater and creative arts. Following that passion, I eventually received my BFA in Music Theater Performance from Western Michigan University in 2019. Throughout that time, I was fortunate to be cast in numerous musicals both in the Bay Area and Midwest. Some favorite credits have been, West Side Story, The Producers, The Wiz, and Jesus Christ Superstar. In addition to performing, I find so much joy in trying new restaurants and enjoying the many experiences my hometown of San Francisco has to offer. If you're ever in the city, give me a call for some yummy recommendations!
I currently live with my boyfriend in the Lower Nob Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, in our wonderful apartment building, originally built in 1912! A few of our goals for 2025 include traveling more, eating more delicious food, and taking more pictures! We're excited to continue building our life alongside our amazing community.
In August of 2022, my love of people and connection led me to the Financial Planning space, where I am able to connect with folks of all different backgrounds and passions. I didn't grow up with a typical financial education, and learned many lessons the hard way early on. My intention in this role & within my career, is to be a bridge for understanding and action, helping individuals & families to truly craft a future they want for themselves and enable them to enjoy it along the way.
I can't to meet all of you and share my passion for growth, and shaping the future to fit all types of humans. Let's connect!!
My Mission
Coming from a career where income is not always guaranteed, I strive to help others in similar spaces to prioritize and take charge of their futures, by intentionally working with every single dollar to maximize their personal financial plan and help them to achieve their goals.

Lending a hand in my community.
As part of Northwestern Mutual, I'm proud to help & partner with different organizations that provide for the communities I care deeply about.
Here are some of the organizations we partner with:
San Francisco Bay Area Theater Company
SFBATCO engages artists and audiences through live theatre productions, creative development, and community service initiatives that resonate with SF Bay Area perspectives. The organization provides a platform for People of the Global Majority, and inspires both new audiences and theatre innovators.

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)
ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.

Young Survival Coalition
Young Survival Coalition (YSC) strengthens the community, addresses the unique needs, amplifies the voice and improves the quality of life of young adults affected by breast cancer, locally, nationally and internationally.

How Northwestern Mutual helps you live the life you want.
When people feel better about their money, good things happen—they become more confident and feel more secure. For more than 160 years, Northwestern Mutual has helped people achieve the financial flexibility they need to live more and worry less.
Being a mutual company means Northwestern Mutual reports to its clients, not Wall Street. They don't believe in chasing fads or taking undue risk for short-term gains. Instead, they take a long-term approach—both in the way we help people plan to reach their goals, and in the way they do business. This has served their clients (and mine) well through all kinds of economic ups and downs, including wars, recessions, even the recent pandemic.
It's why I'm happy to be part of a company that's in it for the long-haul and prioritizes clients over profit.
