I am proud to share that I attended the Sustained Action for Racial Equity (SARE) meeting at Northwestern Mutual, alongside local and cross-country senior leadership and executive leaders at a Fortune 100 company. It’s truly inspiring to witness our leadership making a committed effort in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) — not just as a statement, but with a strategic approach designed to attract and retain Black men and women in the finance industry.

Our commitment goes beyond words:
