Austin A Roerick

Chelsea is the Operations Manager for our team. Although this wasn’t her original career plan, she feels blessed to work with our clients and our team in the capacity she does – managing all day-to-day operations of our firm, directly managing all investment account activity, and continuously developing systems in an everchanging financial and digital environment to make life as easy as possible for our clients and our team. She has a life and health license as well as her Series 6 and 63. She is originally from Marion, Wisconsin – a small town near Green Bay (yes, she is a Packers fan) and attended University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire to obtain her Bachelors in Business Economics. Her career started in direct sales with Southwestern Advantage which is where she and Austin met. She then moved into executive recruiting but once the client base here started to grow, she and Austin decided to take the leap of building Roerick Financial together and haven’t looked back.

In this role he provides marketing materials and support for Roerick Financial to help expand its media presence, and to grow its client base. Also, he will be focusing on creating a positive experience for each client he works with! Before joining Roerick Financial, Max graduated from Bethel University in 2021 with a B.A. in Business Marketing. Max is born and raised in Minnesota, he grew up in Brooklyn Park with his parents and younger brother. He enjoys playing and watching sports, especially soccer, being outdoors in the summer, and playing video games with his friends.
