Jaclyn Anderson
Executive Assistant and Client Relationship Lead
Jacki started her career with Northwestern Mutual on Ben’s team in 2018. She serves as the Insurance Operations Manager, overseeing and managing the day-to-day insurance operations for Ben’s practice. Jacki also plays a crucial role in new client onboarding and implementation.
Jacki is Minnesota born and raised! She grew up in Alexandria, moved away after high school but moved back when she started a family. She currently resides outside Alexandria with her husband and 4 kids. In her free time, she enjoys spending her time on the lake, whether its fishing, wake boarding, tubing or just spending time with family. If she’s not on the lake she’s on the golf course or just hanging out with friends and family.

Samantha K D Herrick

Director of Planning and Investment Operations
Sam began her career with Northwestern Mutual in January of 2014, and has held a variety of roles within the company over the past 10 years, officially joining Ben’s team in June 2024. Sam values continuing her education to consistently provide the most relevant planning to clients; through this passion, she has obtained and holds her Series 7 and Series 63 registrations, her Life, Accident, Health & Long-Term Care insurance license, and is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designee and Wealth Management Certified Professional (WMCP®). She also received her bachelor’s degree in 2014 from Concordia University, St Paul, studying Business Management, Finance and Mathematics.
Sam resides in South Saint Paul with her husband and stepson. Outside of work she enjoys spending time at her parent's cabin in Osakis and traveling with her husband, Joe.
