About me

I grew up on a cattle ranch on the Southern Oregon coast and joined Northwestern Mutual in 2001 after graduating from Southern Oregon University and meeting my wife, Shelly. We have five wonderful kids, and my wife is a proud full-time caretaker for our son with cerebral palsy. Through my family’s personal experience, I understand the importance of preparing for the unexpected, and the daily impact of a holistic financial plan.
I’ve always been driven by giving back to my community, and when I was presented with the opportunity to move back to Southern Oregon and open the Northwestern Mutual Southern Oregon office in 2004, I jumped at the chance.

Being ingrained in the Medford community allows me to better provide comprehensive planning and financial services to my clients. I’m passionate about guiding my clients To and Through all financial stages, helping them build lasting wealth, and protecting what matters most.
Outside of the office, days are full with kids activities and community involvement. In the winter you can find our family skiing at Mt. Ashland, and in the summer, we’ll be out on the lake wake surfing. We love attending South Medford High School sporting events and cheering on our kids, nieces, and nephews. I’m a proud Medford Rogue Rotarian, member of the ARC of Jackson County, First Baptist of Medford, Medford Chamber, and work to fund a scholarship in honor of my mother for non-traditional college students. We love getting away into the outdoors to explore, hike, hunt, and fish.
