About me
Brandi Hydleburg is a licensed Financial Advisor on a mission to empower Black and Brown families while accompanying them as they uncover their financial strength. With the licenses she has obtained – including FINRA’s Series 6 and Series 63, and years of experience in the financial industry, Brandi has built an advisory practice that specializes in preparation. By making goal-setting the priority, Brandi is able to create a safe, comfortable space where collaborative efforts are made in order to build a solid financial plan. Currently affiliated with Northwestern Mutual, Brandi Hydleburg has been recognized as the first Black woman, in the history of her firm, to ever achieve its Pacesetter First 40 honor; having broken the firm’s record in her first 6 months of affiliation. While she takes pride in all her accolades, Brandi’s ultimate focus is overcoming the social stigma of financial conversations being taboo in Black and Brown communities while promoting generational knowledge and wealth.

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc's National Programs
Operation BigBookBag
Operation BigBookBag is a program designed to address the needs, challenges and issues that face school-aged children who are educationally at-risk, in local homeless shelters and extended-care hospitals and facilities. Through this program, chapters and members collect and donate educational materials, equipment and school supplies.

Swim 1922 In Partnership With USA Swimming
Swim 1922 was created to address the unfortunate truth that according to the CDC, approximately 10 people drown every day in the U.S.A. An even more startling fact is that 70 percent of African American children and 60 percent of Hispanic children in the U.S. do not know how to swim. Additionally, African American children are three times more likely to drown than Caucasian children. Through the partnership with USA Swimming, Sigma Gamma Rho’s Swim 1922 campaign aims to address this disparity by having. Olympians and members of the sorority teach the community about water safety and how to swim. With USA Swimming, Sigma Gamma Rho has touched close to 20,000 lives, directly, with the projection of changing multiple generations to come.

How Northwestern Mutual helps you live the life you want.
When people feel better about their money, good things happen—they become more confident and feel more secure. For more than 160 years, Northwestern Mutual has helped people achieve the financial flexibility they need to live more and worry less.
Being a mutual company means Northwestern Mutual reports to its clients, not Wall Street. They don't believe in chasing fads or taking undue risk for short-term gains. Instead, they take a long-term approach—both in the way we help people plan to reach their goals, and in the way they do business. This has served their clients (and mine) well through all kinds of economic ups and downs, including wars, recessions, even the recent pandemic.
It's why I'm happy to be part of a company that's in it for the long-haul and prioritizes clients over profit.
