Meet Chad & Ashley
Chad and Ashley reside in Eau Claire, WI with their son Chase and their dachshund-lab mix, Mosby. Outside of serving clients, Chad enjoys staying active and finds joy in playing golf. His love for sports doesn’t end on the course, Chad is an avid supporter of the Green Bay Packers. He has attended every home game season opener since he was five years old. Ashley is a dedicated tennis enthusiast. With a racquet in her hand and competition in her heart she gets to the court as much as she can. When she’s not competing, Ashley treasures her time spent with Mosby, her loyal companion.
Chad has worked diligently to create authentic lifelong relationships with clients that are rooted in follow through and trust. Chad graduated from University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a degree in Business Administration. He holds his Retirement Income Certification (RICP®) and Wealth Management Certification (WMCP®) which were obtained in 2019 and 2020 after completing the required education, examination, experience, and ethics requirements. He believes that financial planning is a lifelong journey and is honored to be his clients' guide. Chad has a focus on working with business owners, established professionals and those approaching or in retirement.
Ashley specializes in understanding what the client’s needs are and handles all our documentation and client tracking. Ashley graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications. She is an expert in case management and processing client service requests and policy delivery. Ashley is consistently evaluating our team efficiencies, ensuring that your experience working with us is outstanding. We call her the goalie of our team because nothing gets past her!
Meet Kelsey
Meet Kelsey, an amazing mother to her adorable son Bentley. When she’s not in the office she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Despite her busy schedule, Kelsey prioritizes her health and wellness. Weather she is hitting the gym for an intense workout or enjoying a peaceful yoga class she embraces the energizing effects. Another one of Kelsey’s favorite pastimes is savoring a glass of wine with her friends.
Kelsey is a highly accomplished Associate Financial Advisor. Kelsey graduated from University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a bachelor’s in marketing with a sales emphasis. She has a comprehensive understanding in wealth management and investment planning. Kelsey’s main objective is empowering her client to make informed financial decisions that will improve their financial wellbeing for years to come. She distinguishes herself by actively participating in community initiatives with Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association. Kelsey works closely with medical professionals, women in business, and established families.
Meet Maygen
Maygen is a compassionate and driven individual whose life is a blend of love, dedication, and community service. She is engaged to her wonderful finance Jared. Alongside them is Gordon, their adorable cockapoo. In her spare time, she enjoys her role as event coordinator for Sleep in Heavenly Peace. SHP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building and delivering free beds to children in need within her community. Her roles allow her to channel her organization skills and passion for helping over into making a tangible difference.
Maygen is a committed learner and leader who believes in educating clients to empower them to make decisions that are in their best interest. Maygen has a bachelor’s degree in finance at UW-Eau Claire and has continued her education with The American College of Financial Services to receive her designation of Financial Services Certified Professional. The tools and resources she uses ensure the development and growth of the client’s insurance and investment plans. She has a strong background in client relationships and ensures that the client always comes first.

The Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce has been apart of the Eau Claire community for more than 100 years. The team combined has over 10 years of experience with the Chamber. The Chambers mission is to be an advocate for the local business. Their goals include: fulfilling a strong local and regional economy, represent the interests of the business community through thoughtful public policy, and fulfilling a bold sense of leadership in our community.
Sleep in Heavenly Peace
Sleep in Heavenly Peace is a nonprofit organization that believes no kid should have to sleep on the floor. As a volunteer we are dedicated to building, assembling and delivering top-notch bunk bends to children and families in need.
Chippewa Valley Home Builders Asscociate
The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association (CVHBA) is a non-profit trade association representing the home building industry in the Chippewa Valley. As a membership-based organization, we serve members in all aspects of the home building and remodeling industry including: builders, subcontractors, financing, title work, marketing, insurance and other professional services. The CVHBA provides opportunities for members to build connections, market their business, and save money. In addition, the CVHBA is committed to connecting with area youth with opportunities in the skilled trades, advocating on home building and housing issues and being a resource for area homeowners.
