2021 New Advisor of the Year at Northwestern Mutual

Congratulations to advisory partner Gates Willson, for earning the 2021 New Advisor of the Year Award here at Northwestern Mutual! Contracted in 2020, Gates has had an amazing start to his career, and his efforts and dedication to building his practice generated great results in 2021.

Gates Wilson achieved many awards here at Northwestern Mutual and exceeded several new advisor goals. Within his first year Gates achieved Northwestern Mutual's Impact 25, Pacesetter 1st 40, Impact 60, Pacesetter 2nd 60, 300 FF Club, 100 Lives Club and is a 2021 Premier Group Member. As a new advisor, only 11% of new financial advisors qualify for the Pacesetter 1st 40 award and only 3% qualify for the Pacesetter 2nd 60 Award. What is even more exciting than the achievements listed above is that Gates made an everlasting impact on 72 individuals in his first year!
