Craig L Quinlan

Aristea began her career at Northwestern Mutual in August of 2013 as a Financial Representative Intern in the Irvine, California office. After she graduated from CSU Fullerton with her Finance degree she joined the recruiting team as a coordinator. She spent the next 4 years in the Irvine office focusing on campus recruiting and internship development. In October of 2017, Aristea transitioned her career to San Francisco where she shifted her focus to recruiting career changers. After one year in the San Francisco Network office, the agency decentralized and Aristea moved to Walnut Creek to recruit in Craig Quinlan’s district offices. In January of 2022, Aristea moved to Los Angeles where she now serves as the Chief Recruitment Officer overseeing all recruiting efforts for our new Southern California and Nevada network office. 

Aristea resides in West LA with her cat, Babes. On her rare days off, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and travelling the world!

Brianna serves as the Associate Director of Recruitment for the West Los Angeles office. Her focus is recruiting career changers to our Financial Advisor role. 

Brianna graduated from San Francisco State University with her bachelor's degree in communications. Prior to Northwestern Mutual she worked in leadership and sales roles in the health and wellness tech space.  Brianna and her husband Brad live in Santa Monica. When Brianna isn't working she loves bring by the ocean, skiing in the mountains, and cooking! 

Molly holds an expertise in selecting strong, driven, and impactful individuals for the NM Financial Advisor Internship Program. Molly’s ability to form, build, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing individuals strengthens NM retention success and commitment to the program and NM.

Molly was born and raised in Ridgefield, Connecticut and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Syracuse University. Molly was a formed Division 1 soccer player at Syracuse University, which reflects her competitiveness at NM while building her pipeline and selecting the right candidates. Molly received her Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University, where she has developed resourceful communication, developmental, and organizational skills. When Molly isn’t working on developing new plans and strategies for outreach, she can be found surfing, coaching, or playing soccer.

Ian is a Financial Advisor and Field Director with our West Los Angeles firm. Ian specializes in working with the highly compensated and the individually employed to maximize their financial plans by integrating risk adjusted investment strategies with tax-mitigation strategies to create an efficient and fruitful financial future.

As a Field Director, Ian also mentors and develops new financial advisors joining our team. 

Laura grew up landlocked in Chicago with a deep love for the water, especially the ocean. Eighteen-year-old her took this quite literally and set out to study oceanography. However, the freedom she was seeking wasn't found in a career there.    

Laura wound up getting a cinematography degree and learning to film underwater. After spending close to a decade capturing the ocean’s story, she realized that the freedom she wanted wasn’t in the story-telling industry. She needed to build something of her own. This quest led her to a financial advisory role at Northwestern Mutual where she was finally able to create the freedom, not only for herself but to help others attain it too. Laura specializes in working with people from the entertainment, creative, and tech industries.

As a Field Director, Laura also mentors and develops new financial advisors joining our team. 

Kira has been with Northwestern Mutual West Los Angeles since June of 2021. Kira grew up in Scottsdale Arizona and joined the firm after graduating from the University of Arizona, where she double majored in Management Information Systems & Operations and Supply Chain Management. Kira began her career with Northwestern Mutual as the Operations and Media Manager. She has since transitioned into her current role as Recruiting and Operations Manager, where she contracts all full-time advisors and interns joining the firm and supports the recruiting team.

Viviana leads our West Los Angeles Sales Execution Team as the Development Manager. She oversees all aspects of the internal business along with training new advisors on our systems and processes. She partners with our financial advisors in managing their underwriting, billing, reporting, and deliveries.

She currently lives in Simi Valley with her fiancé, Willy, and dog, Shadow. She grew up in Santa Monica. She graduated from the University of California, Merced and holds her paralegal certificate from NIU college. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, working out, traveling and exploring new places.
