“Be enthusiastic every day.” That’s the title of my alarm that wakes me up in the morning. Those words were spoken by the late Jim Valvano at the ESPY’s, you’ve probably seen the speech but if you haven’t, I strongly encourage looking it up. That’s how I strive to live my life personally and professionally.
I embarked on a career with Northwestern Mutual to make a genuine impact on the people and families in my community. Professionally, I have taken a road not often traveled. I began my career as a Sports Reporter/Anchor and I wore way more makeup than I want to admit. I love athletics and all of the values that they instill, but after 5 years of covering major sporting events and meeting some great people, I didn’t feel like I was fulfilling my ability to make a difference. That’s why I joined the Lueder Financial Group and why I strive to help each of my clients and their families achieve their dreams.
Personally, I live in Milwaukee, WI with my wife, Casey, 2 sons Beckett and Brooks, and our pup Lincoln. I enjoy spending time with them and being active. I’m an avid golfer and I probably watch way more sports than I should (sorry Case).

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)
ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.
Beads of Courage
Beads of Courage is an art-in-medicine program that helps kids with cancer tell their unique treatment story through colorful beads that are symbols of their courage.

I spent the first part of my professional life in Sports Broadcasting as a Reporter/Anchor in local television, making stops at the CBS affiliate in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and then at the CBS affiliate in Lincoln, Nebraska. Throughout my 5+ years, I had a lot of fun and witnessed some special moments on the field and court. The lessons and values that I’ve learned both playing and covering sports; discipline, hard work, courage, dedication, and integrity, are driving forces in my life and in my practice as a Financial Advisor.
