Dustin P. Herrmann

His career at Northwestern Mutual began as an intern in 2010 when he first discovered his passion for helping people achieve financial freedom. Dustin has obtained his Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP¹) designation. He is registered for Life, Health and securities (Series 6, 7, & 63).

Dustin grew up in Fargo, ND. He is married to Leah, and they have three children. Dustin enjoys spending time at the lake.

Lisa takes an active role in partnering with you to design your financial plan. She strives to build long-term relationships by actively helping you feel confident and optimistic about your financial future. It is truly an honor to know that we played a part in your journey.

Her career at Northwestern Mutual began in 2005. She attended Bemidji State University and earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Management Information Systems. Lisa has achieved the following designations: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional certification, CLU^® (Charted Life Underwriter), CASL^® (Chartered Advisor for Senior Living), and RICP^® (Retirement Income Certified Professional). She is registered for Life, Health, and securities (Series 7 & 63). Lisa is active in the Red River Valley Estate Planning Council.

Lisa grew up in Detroit Lakes, MN. She is married to Erik, and they have two daughters. Lisa enjoys traveling, spending time at the lake, kayaking, yoga and trying new restaurants.

Courtney is the primary contact for Horizon Wealth Partners. Her role is to ensure that you have an exceptional client experience. 

She is a graduate from Gustavus Adolphus College, located in St. Peter Minnesota. During her time in college she was a volleyball player, campus tour guide, and a leader in the ’Fellowship of Christian Athletes.’

She loves to spend free time at the lake, with friends and family, traveling, or being active any way she can!

Evan supports our advisors in the planning process. He attended North Dakota State University and earned his B.S. in Finance and Minor in Accounting. He graduated in three years with honors.

Evan grew up in Fargo, ND. He enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Hayden plays a vital role in assisting and serving our advisors throughout the planning process. A proud Fargo native, he graduated from North Dakota State University in 2023 with a degree in Finance. During his time there, he was an active member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.

Outside of work, Hayden enjoys spending time at the lake and is an avid reader. He is committed to helping others achieve their financial goals and is eager to guide you on the road to success.

Derek is the primary contact for servicing your investment accounts. He attended Minnesota State University, Moorhead and earned his B.S. in Finance. He also attended Creighton University where he earned his Master's in Investment Management and Financial Analysis.

Derek grew up in Moorhead, MN. He is married to Janelle, and they have two children. Derek enjoys traveling, spending time at the lake, and being with family.

Olivia is the primary contact for servicing your insurance accounts.

She grew up on a farm near Ada, MN and later attended NDSU with a focus in Zoology.

Olivia has 3 children and in her free time enjoys being with family, going to the lake, and spending time on her never ending list of projects!
