Get to know Erin
Erin, originally from Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, and now living in Bridgewater, Virginia with her wife Marianne and their four adopted children, is a dedicated financial planner. She graduated from Penn State with a BS in Business Management, Marketing, and Finance and spent eight years in corporate agriculture before transitioning to financial planning.
Erin holds several licenses, including SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 securities licenses, as well as Life, Health, and Annuities licenses. Erin is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized, holistic planning and is known for her approachable style and ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
Active in her community, Erin volunteers with the Friendly City Safe Space, chairs the Shenandoah Valley Pride Alliance Board, and supports the local organizations, Rhinestone Productions, Rocktown Rollers roller derby, TA athletics, and pride festivals throughout Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, including spending time with her children, dogs, horses, camping, and attending live music events.

Something that Erin is very passionate about is being involved in her community. She is a member of the Richmond LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce. She volunteers monthly with with the Friendly City Safe Space and is an active resource for the Shenandoah LGBTQ Center. Erin chairs the Shenandoah Valley Pride Alliance Board, and supports the local drag troupe, Rhinestone Productions, roller derby team, Rocktown Rollers, TAHS athletics, and pride festivals throughout Virginia.

From support groups for individuals and families to outreach, education, and advocacy, Shenandoah LGBTQ Center is committed to addressing the unique challenges faced by the rural LGBTQ community.

Friendly City Safe Space
The Friendly City Safe Space is a community for LGBTQ+ people and aspiring allies of all ages, racial and ethnic identities in Harrisonburg and surrounding counties that will empower them with the resources, education, and community necessary to thrive as equal, healthy, supported, essential members of our society.

We are the chamber of commerce that enriches, uplifts, and connects all members of the LGBTQ+ community and its allies in Central Virginia.

Shenandoah Valley Pride Alliance
The Shenandoah Valley Pride Alliance is dedicated to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive community for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies throughout the Shenandoah Valley. Our mission is to promote equality, celebrate diversity, and create a safe space where everyone can live authentically and proudly. Through advocacy, education, and community engagement, we strive to make a lasting impact by supporting LGBTQ+ rights and representation. We organize events, provide resources, and cultivate connections that empower individuals and strengthen the broader community. As someone who identifies as queer, Erin spends a lot of time and focus on being an available resource for everyone in the LGBTQ+ community. Erin is very knowledgeable on special financial planning circumstances that individuals face whether that is estate transfer, family planning, protecting their income and providing for those who matter to them in the event something happens.
