The Lucky Mama Project
We support The Lucky Mama Project, created by a dear friend and client of ours. This project, in partnership with Down Syndrome of Indiana, gives personalized support to Indiana mothers of a new baby with Down Syndrome or prenatal diagnosis of Down Syndrome. Contributions provide care packages of educational items, gifts for Mom and baby, and some insight into the journey of other Mothers who have gone through the same experience. We are so happy to support our client, Heather, and her beautiful daughters, Lilah and Ivy.
Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation
Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours. Munder Financial is an involved sponsor for local events that support ALSF such as Drive for a Cure.
A Kid Again
A Kid Again Indiana serves families who are raising children living with life-threatening conditions across entire state. They do so by providing cost-free, fun-filled destination events throughout the year that they call Adventures. Through these Adventures, families can take a break from doctor visits and hospital stays and enjoy quality time together. Each year we are lucky enough to attend one of their fundraising events, Nashville to Noblesville!
