  • Kayla is locally born, raised, and educated. She grew up in Central Point and Medford, then earned her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Economics & Sociology from Oregon State University.
  • As a caring, clever, and committed professional, Kayla brings to Northwestern Mutual an appreciation for client issues, and dedication to delivering solid solutions. To know Kayla is to appreciate her curiosity, energy, flexibility, reliability, and loyalty.
  • Kayla’s also passionate about creating a better world for others.  To her, this means supporting health, fairness, and opportunity for all.  She does this primarily through her work with the Ford Family Foundation. Kayla currently leads the Foundation’s Community Service Committee.
  • A modern-day renaissance woman, Kayla enjoys reading, botany, board games, yoga, and working out. She lives in Albany with her partner, two cats, a dog, and…her real-life Fairy Godmother!

  • Born in Gillette and raised in Wright, Wyoming, Jessica brings her hometown values of resilience and community support to her professional role. A former volleyball superstar at Laramie County Community College, she helped her team achieve top 10 national placements two years running—an achievement that echoes in her dynamic work ethic.
  • Now settled in Salem, Oregon moving here a year ago with her partner, lovable cat, and loyal dog, Jessica has embraced the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. She's driven by her passion for creating positive customer experiences and helping clients and teammates thrive.
  • When she isn't answering client questions or updating policies, Jessica finds joy in crocheting intricate designs, practicing yoga, exploring virtual worlds in video games, painting, sightseeing, and diving into a good book. With her vibrant energy and dedication, Jessica makes financial planning engaging and approachable for all.
