My journey in the world of business began when I was 17 - owning and operating a marketing consulting firm for busy CEO's. Despite my early success, my search for a reliable financial advisor left me unsatisfied. This inadequacy in the marketplace drove me to join Northwestern Mutual in 2021, building a practice that serves and understands business owners, and how best to support their personal planning through the business.
As a Las Vegas native, I’m deeply connected to our vibrant community. My mother, an executive in the hospitality industry, and my father, the owner of an insurance brokerage, instilled in me the core values of respect, hard work, and integrity. These principles guide everything Young Financial Group stands for and ensures equal equity opportunities to all.
Our mission? To change the way people, see, interact, and coordinate with financial advisors. We go 100%, strive to be the best, and maintain a vibe that’s both casual and professional. It’s all about energy, style, and delivering top-notch service without corporate stiffness.
Currently serving as a Growth and Development Director, I am dedicated to coaching and developing new advisors, with aspirations to become a Managing Director in Southwest Las Vegas in the UnCommons.Outside of work, you can find me cheering for all the Las Vegas Raiders, Knights and Aces, golfing with friends and clients, reading philosophy, business or leadership literature, or giving back to causes close to my heart, especially those supporting mental health and underprivileged kids.

Growth and Development Director of Las Vegas Nevada Office
I have been appointed as the Growth and Development Director at our Northwestern Mutual office in Las Vegas. In this field leadership role, I am entrusted with the dual responsibility of managing client success and developing and attracting new talent and advisors. My aim is to positively impact our community through these efforts. Now, I dedicate part of my time to training, educating, and advising the next generation of advisors, helping them better serve our community.
