Jason started his financial planning practice with Northwestern Mutual in 2003. We established Docklight Financial in 2023. Docklight Financial is a boutique Northwestern Mutual firm with offices in Golden Valley and White Bear Lake. The team includes Jason Rognrud, Wealth Management Advisor; Melissa Magnuson, Director of Investment Operations; Karen Rognrud, Associate Financial Representative, and Joanna Jersild, Director of Insurance Operations.

Since 2011, Pause 4 Paws has led the effort to provide emergency funds that improve the lives of cats and dogs in need throughout Minnesota.
Feed My Starving Children
Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) believes hope starts with food. As a Christian nonprofit, FMSC is dedicated to seeing every child whole in body and spirit. FMSC works with food distribution partners that stay with communities for the long haul, empowering them to move from relief to development.
