Get to know my dedicated team

John's philosophy for meeting clients' needs is very simple. In order to appropriately meet a client's needs, it is necessary to take a team approach.

John has an excellent team at Northwestern Mutual to meet the clients' various needs. John is fortunate to have Deborah Gardner, Operations Manager, who assists him in meeting his clients' planning needs. Below is some information about Deborah.

John's commitment to a team approach goes beyond his team at Northwestern Mutual and includes the other members of each client's team. The client's team would include their various advisors, such as their lawyers, accountants, bankers, and other advisors. Many financial institutions believe they can meet all of the clients' needs within their own four walls. John's philosophy is that the best way to meet those needs is by using best of the breed, which often includes drawing on the expertise of other individuals and other organizations.
