Kristin is an experienced professional with a background in retail management before transitioning into the role of financial advisor. Her passion for the growth and development of others easily translated into financial planning as she found fulfillment in helping growing families and young professionals achieve financial security. She chose a career with NM because she saw another opportunity to help people; one that helps educate others on financial planning while having a lasting impact on families for generations to come.
Kristin Ramirez was born in San Diego. As an army brat, she moved around quite a bit. She has lived in Germany, New Jersey, and Texas, but San Diego has always been her home. She got her BS degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from SDSU.
In her spare time, she enjoys doing Pilates, running, working out, and being outdoors. She loves watching her boys play basketball and her daughter dance/doing gymnastics. It brings her joy to see them flourish and grow to be better than her and her husband.

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)
ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.

Beads of Courage is an art-in-medicine program that helps kids with cancer tell their unique treatment story through colorful beads that are symbols of their courage.
