BACKGROUND & EXPERTISE

Sam joined Northwestern Mutual in January 2023 as Director of Marketing and was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer in November 2024. She has 14 years of experience in marketing across a wide range of industries, including beverage, rigid plastics, and outdoor furnishings, which has equipped her with a unique perspective on developing effective marketing strategies.

PROFFESIONAL APPROACH

Her primary objective is to lead the delivery of innovative solutions that align with our strategic pillars to boost brand growth, generate demand, and improve client experiences. She oversees marketing and community engagement for the Saint Louis network office and its advisors.

PERSONAL

Sam enjoys spending time with her husband Joe and their two children Bentley and Adica. She enjoys powerlifting in the mornings with her GI Janes.
