Meet Healey May, a native Floridian, originally from Bradenton, Florida. She graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Studies. She joined the team in 2023 and has experience in sales, marketing, human resources, and finance. In her free time, she likes to spend time outdoors with her beloved English Setter Fin and her horse Browning.

Meet Michael Lee. He is from Arizona and has been in Florida the last 10 years. He is the Director of our Planning and Investment Operations Teams and is a die-hard Ohio State Buckeyes fan. Michael loves to spend time with his wife and 3 daughters exploring all Florida has to offer from parks, boating, hiking and of course the amazing Gulf Coast Beaches.

In her free time, she enjoys singing in a professional choir and going to the park with her Doberman Pinscher named Lux.

Meet Mark Hernandez, a New York native who has lived in the Greater Tampa Bay Area for over 15 years. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in music education. The precision and accuracy of a musician is what makes him a strong planner, as every detail is important. Joining the team in 2023, Mark has quickly come to lead our planning analysis’s. Outside of planning, Mark performs with his band on the weekends and spends his free time with his aussie Kiba.
