Matthew J Schulte

Sam works alongside Matt to construct and analyze financial blueprints and investment accounts. He helps provide a comprehensive plan to ease the stress of your
finances as you move through life.

After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa in 2020 with a major in Personal Financial Management, he worked for two years in commercial and consumer lending. The knowledge and experience he gained through past employment and education equip Sam with the tools to help clients in every aspect of personal finance.

Jane started with Northwestern Mutual in January of 2007 and has been on Matt's team since he moved his office to Manchester.  She has obtained her Life and Health Insurance licenses, as well as her Series 6 & 63 for investments. Jane is the behind the scene person who follows through on underwriting, initiating insurance applications and investment paperwork, and will be able to help you with any questions or service that is needed.  

Jane and her husband, Dan, reside outside of Delhi and have four grown children.  They recently made the move off the farm to their "retirement" home, although her husband will never fully retire. They love seeing the next generation becoming more active in the day to day farm activities. Jane greatly enjoys any time she gets to spend with her family and grandchildren.

Chelsea started with Northwestern Mutual in 2021 and is usually the voice you hear when you call the office. She is the team's air traffic controller, meaning she can help find a time for you to connect with Matt or chat with Jane on account updates. 

Before Northwestern Mutual, Chelsea helped manage a mechanical contractor office in Cedar Rapids for 10 years. She enjoyed her time bookkeeping and answering billing questions, but she was eager to get back to her hometown of Manchester.

Chelsea and husband, Tim, just finished up 13 years of dairy farming outside of Ryan and have moved to an acreage by Hopkinton with their two little girls. Chelsea and Tim both come from farming backgrounds and are learning what life is like "off the farm". But are excited to have more time for family activities. 

Kinsey Meyer is the dynamic Development Officer of our Dubuque and Manchester offices. She helps drive growth for Eastern Iowa's Internship program and is dedicated to advancing the Fulltime Advising role. Her passion lies in coaching and development, empowering her advisors to authentically impact their communities. In her free time, she thrives on laughter, enjoys the company of friends and family, embarks on adventures with her Corgi (Cash), and stays active with biking and working out!
