A business meeting around a table.

About Micah

I grew up overseas in India where from an early age, I learned the values of serving others and celebrating cultures. After a 4-year stint volunteering in some of the most remote corners of the world, I attended the University of Northwestern Saint Paul. I currently live in the Twin Cities and have two kids, Liam and Winnie.

My 'Why'

My passion for helping clients build a secure financial future comes firsthand from seeing my sister struggle through a life-altering disability. I enjoy using my natural gifts of strategy and connection to solve challenging problems and forge lifelong working relationships built on trust. Whether it’s helping protect families, maximizing wealth or simply creating financial peace of mind, I believe in insuring against what can go wrong to acquire the luxury of investing for what can go right.

Outside The Office

When I'm not working, I love traveling (I'm blessed to have visited 25 countries so far), cheering on the Timberwolves, and reading the latest on performance psychology.

Client Testimonial

I was really apprehensive about meeting with a financial advisor. I know very little about finances and I was sure there were things I was doing that wouldn’t be considered “smart” financially. I worried that I would feel overwhelmed and talked down to. That concern immediately disappeared when my husband and I met with Micah. He took the time to learn about us and our goals, personally and professionally. He then gave us honest education about the different financial things we could do to reach our goals. It seemed like an impossible task getting all the important things done that we envisioned, but Micah really worked with us to show us that it was possible. And then he kept us on track carrying out those goals even when life got busy or presented challenges to those goals. Couldn’t recommend a better advisor!

Lending a hand in my community.

As part of Northwestern Mutual, I'm proud to help accelerate the search for better childhood cancer treatments while supporting families undergoing treatment, and survivors from late effects. Here are some of the organizations we partner with:

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)

ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.
