Mike Knox graduated from Iowa State University in 1992 with a degree in Engineering. During college and for the first year after graduation Mike Knox worked with the Southwestern Company. In 1994 Mike and his wife Raquel decided to move to Austin and start a career with Northwestern Mutual.
Today Mike and Raquel live in the Falconhead West community with their three children (ages 19, 18 and 16). When not spending time with his kids and their activities, Mike Knox enjoys golfing at Lost Creek Country Club and spending time on Lake Travis with his family.

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)
ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.

Beads of Courage is an art-in-medicine program that helps kids with cancer tell their unique treatment story through colorful beads that are symbols of their courage.
