It funds innovative research, supports families, and empowers communities to combat childhood cancer, continuing Alex's legacy of raising millions for better treatments and cures.
Beads of Courage
Beads of Courage is a nonprofit supporting children with serious illnesses through an arts-in-medicine program. Founded in 2005, it gives kids colorful beads to mark treatment milestones, representing acts of courage. The program is used in over 300 hospitals worldwide, helping patients and families find strength and community.

Pi Beta Phi, established in 1867 by 12 courageous young women, strives to promote friendship, develop women of intellect and integrity, cultivate leadership potential, and enrich lives through community service. Austin Women in Technology is a nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating a community of women interested in technology. We aim to foster the personal and professional success of women by providing opportunities to connect, learn, grow, and lead. My role is to connect and learn more about the technology field so I can better serve and work with my existing and new clients.
