As an entrepreneur and business owner with young kids herself, she understands the importance of strategic, data-driven decision making. She is passionate about bringing unfiltered, relatable access to comprehensive planning, accountability, and inspiration especially for women, families, and business owners.

A native of Northern VA and proud graduate of UVA (wahoo-wa!), she bounced from the DC area across the pond to London, and now back to DC settling in Arlington with her husband Ed, and two kids, James (6) and Olivia (3). They keep her plenty busy, but in her spare time she is an avid traveler, big sports fan, and explorer of all good food and activity in DC!

The Community Foundation for Northern Virginia Business Women’s Giving Circle
The Community Foundation for Northern Virginia launched its Business Women’s Giving Circle in 2014, the first group of its kind in the region comprised of women who are looking to empower girls and women of all ages through philanthropy in the Northern Virginia region. As co-chair of the Grants Committee, the BWGC has awarded more than $415,000 to organizations providing exciting experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), Leadership and Entrepreneurship with measurable impact on the lives of over 3,250 girls and young women in Northern Virginia.
Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)
ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.
Beads of Courage
Beads of Courage is an art-in-medicine program that helps kids with cancer tell their unique treatment story through colorful beads that are symbols of their courage.
