Jayne M Whetzel
Director of Operations and Client Service
Originally from London, OH, Jayne has been a resident of Savannah, GA since 2016 and a part of the Geriner Team at Northwestern Mutual since 2017. She has a passion for serving others and aims to provide the highest quality of care to our clients as our Director of Client Services, in addition to continuing to help our team thrive and grow as our Director of Operations. Being a part of a company that always puts the client first and wants to see them succeed and thrive is just one of the many things Jayne loves about her career.
Outside of work, she loves being involved with her church and community through Community Bible Church of Savannah, as well as reading, baking, and spending time with friends and family. Jayne is a self-proclaimed nerd who loves movies, books, and games, but also loves being outside, hiking, or being at the beach.
Stacy L Diehl
Director of Insurance Operations
Stacy, originally from Mentor Headlands, OH, joined our team in 2012 as the Director of New Business Operations. From 2001 – 2009 she worked in a Northwestern Mutual office in Ann Abor, MI as an office manager. She supports our clients during the insurance application process by helping clients take actionable steps toward their insurance planning needs. With her years of experience in the industry with Northwestern Mutual, she backs up our team wherever she is needed.
She and her artist/professor husband Adam reside in Decatur, GA with their fur baby, Wofiebear. Outside of work she enjoys going to art galleries and museums with her husband and working in her backyard art studio. She loves the outdoors, and you can often find her in her garden, or canoeing, hiking, biking, and camping with Adam.
Randi Quarterman
Financial Representative Assistant
Originally from Colorado, Randi has been in Savannah since 2020 and is the newest member of our team. She comes to us with extensive administrative experience and is excited about serving clients and helping them meet their personal goals with Northwestern Mutual. Randi has a bachelor's degree in graphic design and psychology from Concordia University, NE.
Outside of work, she loves being outdoors hiking, kayaking and exploring with her husband and walking their dog. She’s involved with her church and values volunteering and serving the community.
