Ross Hall loves sports, especially golf and football. Ross spends the majority of his free time during the summer months playing golf. When he isn't working, you will most likely find him on a golf course. During fall, he follows the Southeastern Conference football  with the goal of attending one game per year out of state.

With his wife Tanya, daughters Ava (7) and Mia (4), Ross enjoys traveling, bike riding, and spending time in the backyard. His daughters are his pride and joy, he enjoys watching them grow.  

Professional

Ross Hall was born and raised in St. Cloud, MN. He loves the community and the area in which he lives and he knew that he always wanted to be proactive in helping people with their financial goals. Ross holds an undergraduate degree in political science and philosophy from St. Cloud State University. He took a position as a Northwestern Mutual Representative in 1997 so that he could start achieving his goal of helping others. 

Ross chose Northwestern Mutual for the quality of the people and the company. He was also drawn to the Northwestern Mutual reputation and industry ranking. One of the most enjoyable aspects of his job is getting to know his clients on a personal level.

Ross continues to financially impact his clients by assisting them in getting to know the goals that are most important to them and putting together a comprehensive plan to help them attain their family's financial goals. He also aims to help business owners attract and keep talented employees. Ross is particularly passionate about helping people with insurance, education and retirement planning.

The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) is a national nonprofit organization representing the interests of more than 70,000 insurance and financial advisors nationwide, through its federation of over 900 state and local associations. Founded in 1890, NAIFA is the nation's largest financial services membership association.

NAIFA's mission is to advocate for a positive legislative and regulatory environment, enhance business and professional skills, and promote the ethical conduct of our members.

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)

ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.

Additional Community Involvement

Ross Hall strives to make the community a better place. He was an active coach for the St. Cloud Youth Hockey Association (SCYHA) for 10 years. SCYHA is run by a dedicated group of volunteers and countless hours of effort are put forth annually to make this recreational activity thrive in the community. Ross is also a member of the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce.
