About me
Ryan is originally from Pennsylvania, not far from where Taylor Swift grew up! He moved to CA in 2017 and joined Northwestern Mutual in 2018 after making a career change into the financial services industry. He is driven to set the bar high and be a leading influence among his peers, within the firm, and across the industry. Ryan has proven his dedication to his clients by bringing solution based results.
Ryan believes that through courage and authenticity, we can influence others to discover their potential. He looks forward to making an impact on the community for years to come. One of Ryan's biggest career accomplishments was in 2020 when he lead our five offices in managing and gaining trust from the people he worked with, gaining 84 new clients in a 12-month timeframe and finished in the Top 25 nationally, while leading in our district locally.
Certifications and Designations
- ChFC® – Chartered Financial Consultant® is the "Advanced Financial Planning" designation awarded by The American College of Financial Services. Charter holders use the designation ChFC® on their resumes and are qualified to provide comprehensive advanced financial planning for individuals, professionals, and small business owners.

As part of Northwestern Mutual, I'm proud to help accelerate the search for better childhood cancer treatments while supporting families undergoing treatment, and survivors from late effects. Here are some of the organizations we partner with:
Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)
ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.
Beads of Courage
Beads of Courage is an art-in-medicine program that helps kids with cancer tell their unique treatment story through colorful beads that are symbols of their courage.
Olive Crest
Olive Crest is dedicated to preventing child abuse by strengthening, equipping, and restoring children and families in crisis through the healing power of God, family, and community... One Life at a Time.® During Ryan's experience at the Northwestern Mutual Fastrack Academy in Milwaukee, where only 60 advisors nationally per academy are selected, Ryan and the other advisors collectively raised over $30,000 to donate to Olive Crest.
Mariners Church
Mariners Church is a community of ordinary people from all walks of life courageously trusting Jesus to do the extraordinary. Ryan volunteers at Mariners Church. Areas you will see him at are Next Step Area, High School Ministry, Junior High Ministry and 20s/30s Ministry.
