Will Bramblett

Kristen joined the practice in 2022 and currently works as our Director of Operations. She grew up in Southlake, TX and now lives in Plano with her husband Tyler. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.

Kristen graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Nursing. She spent the first few years after college working as a nurse in the operating room and clinic setting. She then ventured out into the world of professional organizing. From her time spent in the nursing field and professional organizing, Kristen developed a skillset of empathy, effective communication, and attention to detail, making her an excellent fit for our Director of Operations role. Kristen knew Will from college, & she was one of his first calls when he was looking to hire for the position. She enjoys running the back office in an organized and efficient manner and working alongside Will in helping his clients reach their financial goals.

Meredith has been with the practice since 2020 and currently works as our Director of Client Relations and Marketing. She is a Dallas native and lives in Richardson, TX with her husband Will and son Brooks. When she is not working, Meredith enjoys long walks outside and serving at Watermark Community Church.

Meredith graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Nursing. She spent her first three years out of college as a Pediatric Cardiac ICU nurse at Children’s Health in Dallas. After seeing the practice's early exponential growth, she realized she could help contribute by overseeing the development of the firm's younger advisors. Meredith has worn multiple hats over the years and loves getting to work alongside her husband while contributing to the firm's success.
