As our Director of Operations, Diana oversees the organization's daily business activities. She is responsible for managing the office’s resources, developing and implementing an operational plan, and ensuring that company procedures are carried out properly. Diana also serves as the Contract and Licensing Coordinator. She manages the onboarding for all advisors, representatives, and staff, guiding them throughout the contracting and licensing process with our Home Office, State Division of Insurance, and FINRA.
