Actively working and engaging with clients to not only make sure that they have a financial plan, but to make sure that they have a financial plan that connects to them emotionally. This means making sure there is a strong understanding of where clients are at today, and putting together a comprehensive financial plan that encompasses all of the client's short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals.
