Pew research states that there are 20 million people between 40 and 60; and of that, one in eight is caring for a parent and still providing for their children. And while 90 percent of the long-term care that’s provided in this country is provided by an unpaid caregiver, the impact to the workforce who could be called upon to provide care can only be expected to grow.
