Causes we care about
Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer
Cancer is the leading cause of death by disease in children under the age of 15. ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual has donated more than $20 million to support ALSF. Locally, the Chicagoland office is proud to host charity events and lemonade stands to raise money that will go toward changing the lives of children with cancer.Visit partner website Visit partner website
Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation
We’re excited to support Bear Necessities. Whether it’s helping to plan a Bear Hug—an experience that brightens the life of a child going through cancer—or donating requested gift cards, we’re helping kids rediscover their childhood while helping to find cures for pediatric cancers.Visit partner website Visit partner website
Ronald McDonald House Charities
Every year, seriously ill children and their families travel to one of Chicago’s world-renowned hospitals to receive specialized care. Whether it’s volunteering to make a homecooked meal, organizing donation drives, or participating in the Pop Tab Program, our office is happy to help keep families together and near the care and resources they need.Visit partner website Visit partner website
