David Kiecker
CLU®, ChFC®, CASL®, CLF®, CLTC®
Managing Partner
David Kiecker, CLU®, ChFC®, CASL®, CLF®, CLTC®, CAP®, RICP®, AEP®, is the managing partner for Northwestern Mutual - Indiana, leading hundreds of financial advisors and team members to help clients build financial security. After joining Northwestern Mutual as a college intern in 2000, Dave quickly rose through the ranks. He went from Managing Director of a Saint Paul, Minn. office to regional vice president at the corporate office in Milwaukee, Wis. By 2012, Dave was one of the youngest managing partners in the company’s 160-year-plus history. Responsible for over $11B in assets under management and cash value, Northwestern Mutual - Indiana is routinely ranked among the largest financial planning and investment brokerage firms by the Indianapolis Business Journal, and a Top Workplace by IndyStar. Born and raised in Minnesota, Dave graduated first in his class from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He lives in Fishers with his daughter, Samantha, and their dog, Lucy.
Adam Turner
CLF®, RICP®
Adam Turner is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Northwestern Mutual - Indiana. Along with this dual role, Adam also leads the talent acquisition initiative for the organization, developing strategies for both the full-time and internship recruitment programs. He currently holds his series 63, 7, 9, and 10 series licenses. Since joining Northwestern Mutual - Indiana in October 2001, Adam has held various roles in operations, finance, supervision, and new advisor development. His passion centers on developing people to be the best version of themselves. Adam leads interns and team members through a leadership program he designed and implemented. Born and raised in Columbus, Ind., Adam graduated from Hanover College, where he played baseball. Adam lives in downtown Indianapolis with his spouse, Sonja, and son, Miles.
Jon Brazzale
CLF®, WMCP®
Chief Growth Officer
Jon Brazzale is the Chief Growth Officer for Northwestern Mutual – Indiana, overseeing career advisor support and leading a supervision team to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company rules related to the sale and servicing of insurance and securities products. He also oversees contracting and licensing. Before joining Northwestern Mutual - Indiana in 2014, Jon held several field supervision roles at Northwestern Mutual’s corporate headquarters in Milwaukee, Wis. Born and raised in Sheboygan, Wis., Jon received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He lives in Zionsville with his spouse, Katie, and children, Grayson, Matthew, and Nora.
Nicholas Mannebach
ChFC®, CLU®, CFP®
District Director
Nick currently serves as the Chief Development Officer and District Director. He oversees advisor and field training for the network and new advisor programming. He started his career with NM as a College Financial Representative. He has held several different roles within NM. Nick currently holds his ChFC®, CLU® & CFP®. He is passionate about helping others think bigger about what is possible and enjoys creating a simplistic strategy to empower individuals to maximize their return on life.
Chris Djonlich
Chief Marketing Officer
Chris Djonlich is the Chief Marketing Officer for Northwestern Mutual - Indiana, delivering creative solutions to accelerate brand growth, drive demand, and deepen client engagement. Chris is responsible for developing a strategic marketing program, and consulting with financial advisors. He also helps lead Northwestern Mutual - Indiana's award-winning community outreach efforts. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual - Indiana in 2017, Chris served as the marketing communications manager for Katz, Sapper & Miller, one of the nation’s leading accounting firms. Born and raised in Morton Grove, Ill., Chris received a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Butler University, where he graduated with honors. He lives in Carmel with his spouse, Liz, and children, Michael and Grace.
Leah Burton
Director of Operations
Leah Burton is the Director of Operations for Northwestern Mutual Indiana. Leah works directly with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure cohesive and progressive achievement of the Network’s goals. Leah lives in Westfield with her partner, Kyle, and little humans, Harrison and Ezra Mae. They are also proud parents to several rescued animals.
Daniel Hamilton
District Director
Daniel Hamilton is the District Director for Northwestern Mutual - Indiana, where he oversees a team of financial advisors and representatives. After being a Northwestern Mutual satisfied client for several years, Daniel joined the company in 2016 to align his professional career with the advisory path. He’s passionate about diversity and is also a member of NAIFA, which promotes high integrity and ethical standards in the financial services industry. Born and raised in Bellville, Ohio, Daniel graduated from Otterbein University, where he played football. He also played Australian rules football on the U.S. Men's National Team. Daniel now lives in Indianapolis with his spouse, Cindy, and three daughters, Madison, Alaina, and Brooklyn.
