Cancer is the leading cause of death by disease in children under the age of 15. ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual has donated more than $20 million to support ALSF. Locally, the Leawood office is proud to raise money that will go toward changing the lives of children with cancer.
Children's Mercy Hospital
For more than 120 years, Children's Mercy has worked to improve the health and well-being of children by providing comprehensive health care, research and medical education. Our office is happy to donate time and money that will continue to help Children's Mercy be the best place for children’s medical care across the Kansas City region.

Christmas 2020 - Angel Tree Gifts
Our local offices collected gifts for Salvation Army's Angel Tree, a yearly tradition for our office.
We are proud to partner with the Salvation Army to give families and individuals in our community the support they need to grow and live better lives. Every holiday season, our office helps support the Christmas tree “angel” gift giving program.
