Lance Franczyk

Lance started his career in 1991, while attending the University of CO in Boulder. After graduating, became an advisor in Ft Worth, TX. In 1996, he moved to Dallas, TX, where along with being a MDRT Qualifier, was a company leading Field Director from 1998-2000. In 2001, he moved to Tulsa, OK, leading the Southern...
Lance started his career in 1991, while attending the University of CO in Boulder. After graduating, became an advisor in Ft Worth, TX. In 1996, he moved to Dallas, TX, where along with being a MDRT Qualifier, was a company leading Field Director from 1998-2000. In 2001, he moved to Tulsa, OK, leading the Southern Region in Category III in his first full year. Up to 2009, he was the Managing Director in OKC where he led all Category V District Network offices. He was appointed Managing Partner in 2009 for all of OK & Northwest Ark. Lance is responsible for growing the territory by building the infrastructure to support the existing advisors while attracting new clients and representatives to the organization. He holds designations of Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, Certified Coach & Trainer, securities licenses in Series 6, 63, 66, 7, 9, & 10. He is a past President of NAIFA OKC & Tulsa. Lance resides in Tulsa with his 3 sons.

Noelle joined Northwestern Mutual in April 0f 2004. She began her career as the Director of Network Office Supervision where she oversaw the investment operations and compliance department. In June of 2011, Noelle was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer. Noelle holds her life and variable insurance licenses and she is Series 7, 9, 10, 66, & 63 securities registered. Noelle is a proud graduate of the University of Southern California. She and her husband Dave live in Tulsa and they have five grown children.

Bianca DeMedeiros is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Finance, and was a part of the Northwestern Mutual Top 10 Internship program in 2010. She happily returned home to Northwestern in December of 2011 as the Recruiting Coordinator. Starting June of 2012, as the Campus Recruiter, she recruited 21 interns for the Tulsa office and the number 5 intern in the nation for the ‘12-‘13 Awards Year. Starting in June 2016, Bianca was the Chief Recruiting Officer, and in this capacity she has led the Network Office team to three back to back best year ever in recruits. As the Chief Development Officer, for the 2019-2020 Awards Year led the team as Category 4 Recruiting Team of the Year. As of March of 2020, she stepped in as the District Director for the Tulsa office and has been focused on growing a diverse, and high quality team. Bianca resides in Tulsa and enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and skiing.
Matt graduated from Oklahoma City University with a degree in Business Administration focusing in Management and Finance. Matt graduated from Oklahoma City University with a degree in Business Administration focusing in Management and Finance. During his time at OCU he was involved with the athletic program by playing baseball. While at OCU, Matt was a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s and participated in the Meinders school of Business Intern programs and interned at Houston Financial, a financial advisory firm for two years. After three years of college as a two-time All-American, Matt was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 2003 First Year Player Draft. Following four years of professional baseball, playing in the minor league All-Star game, Matt completed his college degree. He recently retired from the Orioles organization and is now focused on growing an already very successful practice that his father started 16 years ago.

Brian Easlon values being able to analyze each client’s unique needs and help them choose a path to follow to help them make their goals a reality. Brian navigates his clients through the sometimes confusing jargon of the financial world so that clients can have a better understanding of what is available to them. In addition to being a dedicated Northwestern Rep, Brian gives back to the Tulsa community by volunteering as the Rogers County Young Professionals Treasurer, with Big Brothers and Sisters, as a board member of the Credit Counseling Center of Oklahoma and was the Tulsa Young Professionals Volunteer of the Year in 2008. Brian unwinds by spending time with his wife Alicia, motorcycling, playing golf, hunting and remodeling their home.
