During his junior year of college, Andrew interned with Northwestern Mutual where he fell in love with the positive impact he made for his clients.

In addition to his career, he enjoys supporting his local nonprofit organizations such as Easterseals NH and proudly serves on the board of directors for the George Butch Joseph Foundation. He also lends his time to assist in the development of SNHU's Professional Sales Association, helping students grow, and learn to exude confidence and conviction in everything they do. Trailblazer Academy is a National Training Program designed for rising new advisors at Northwestern Mutual, typically 9-13 months post Financial Planning Academy (FPA). This in-person event is hosted at the Home Office in Milwaukee, WI, occurring quarterly each year. It offers new qualifiers the opportunity to network, learn, and enhance their skillset alongside peers in a similar career stage. Attendees engage in various activities, including gaining insights from field and home office experts, refreshing their enthusiasm for the business, and being inspired by motivating speakers. The academy also focuses on action plans for vision and mindset sessions, social media prospecting, and charting a course for business growth over the next six months and beyond. Participants are recognized for their accomplishments and encouraged to celebrate their successes while gaining next-level tips and strategies from top producers.

Lending a hand in my community.

As part of Northwestern Mutual, I'm proud to help accelerate the search for better childhood cancer treatments while supporting families undergoing treatment, and survivors from late effects. I am proud to support Easterseals NH in the fight to empower people with disabilities, families, and communities to be full participants in society. I actively serve on the Board of Directors for the George Butch Joseph Foundation to help provide individual scholarships and financial resources for athletic programs and facilities that provide scholar-athletes with opportunities to build character and success through a strong work ethic.

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)

ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.

How Northwestern Mutual helps you live the life you want.

When people feel better about their money, good things happen—they become more confident and feel more secure. For more than 160 years, Northwestern Mutual has helped people achieve the financial flexibility they need to live more and worry less.

Being a mutual company means Northwestern Mutual reports to its clients, not Wall Street. They don't believe in chasing fads or taking undue risk for short-term gains. Instead, they take a long-term approach—both in the way we help people plan to reach their goals, and in the way they do business. This has served their clients (and mine) well through all kinds of economic ups and downs, including wars, recessions, even the recent pandemic.

It's why I'm happy to be part of a company that's in it for the long-haul and prioritizes clients over profit.
