Chris Gordon

In 2011 Karen started her career with Northwestern Mutual Great Milwaukee working in New Business, Application Input for three years at which time she also passed her state life and health exams. In 2014 Karen joined  the Sales Execution Team and later became SET Team Lead and is now the Director of SET. She also leads the contract and licensing area for the downtown office. In addition, she works with the processing of New Business for the downtown and district offices. Her vision is to help new advisors successfully onboard with the company and support them in getting a good start building a successful business.

Karen lives in Brookfield with her partner Bill. They enjoy taking long walks together and spending time outside when the weather is nice.  When not working Karen loves spending time with her daughters Kathryn and Mary, her son in-law Mike, her granddaughter Jovie and grand dog Peyton. 

Sue started her career at Northwestern Mutual Greater Milwaukee in 2014 working in Application input for 1 year. She then obtained her Life & Health licenses. In 2015 she got a promotion and joined the Sales Execution team and has grown in the position since. She enjoys helping the new Financial Representatives achieve their goals and teaching them how the New business process works. In addition, Sue works with contracting and licensing helping CFR’s and New Reps get through the onboarding and application process.

Sue Lives in Oak Creek with her husband Steve of 25 years and their kids Leah, Ellie, and Aiden. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her favorite season is summer and loves spending time outdoors. She also loves traveling with her family.

Courtney started her career at Northwestern Mutual Greater Milwaukee in 2018 working as an Associate Financial Representative (AFR) for 3 different advisors. In 2020, she passed her Life & Health exams and received her licenses for the state of Wisconsin. She really enjoyed the client-facing side of this role and helping the seasoned advisors with their businesses. In 2023, Courtney accepted a new position in the office and joined Karen and Sue as a member of the Sales Execution Team (SET). SET is responsible for assisting new advisors as well as onboarding our interns from colleges. As a member of SET, Courtney enjoys that she is able to play a part in helping new representatives become strong, successful advisors.

Courtney lives in New Berlin with her fiancé Matt and their two dogs, Kenzie and Honey. In her free time, Courtney loves to spend time with family and friends, camp, travel, and be in the sun!
