Jessica Elmore

Janet is a US and British national who grew up in Northern England and moved to the States in 1997 with her husband of 25 years. She is a versatile administrative professional, with significant experience within Financial Services, Legal and Engineering organizations. Janet has worked extensively with various CRM tools, nurturing strong client relationships, as well as supporting various compliance activities for FINRA and SEC requirements. She recently moved to the Denver area from New Mexico, and has lived in various States across the US, including Pennsylvania, Illinois and California. Outside of the office, you can find Janet, her husband Gary and their dogs Baylie and Luna enjoying the great outdoor activities and weather that Denver has to offer, including hiking, cycling, running and tennis. She also enjoys international travel and trying to learn new languages.

Ryan is a New Mexico native, born in Santa Fe and living in the Land of Enchantment for most of his life. His career background is in business operations, primarily in restaurants. His last role prior to joining the firm was as a Business Consultant, helping his clients with all the facets of running a business, managing finances, and maximizing profitability. He has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and an Associate's degree in Hospitality Management. He brings 20 years of customer service, leadership, and client relationship management to his new role with Elmore Financial.

He's married to Jessica, and together they have 3 wonderful children. His hobbies include golf, travel, gardening, and spending time with his family.
