Phoebe is originally from Concord, NH, and began her career in advising after earning her Master’s degree in Finance and gaining experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Phoebe holds a Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) designation. She is passionate about helping individuals, business owners, and entrepreneurs build financial security and confidently plan for their future.
Phoebe specializes in working with business owners, entrepreneurs, influencers, and content creators—helping them navigate financial complexities while growing their businesses. For self-employed professionals, financial planning often takes a backseat to daily operations, but starting early is crucial. Without traditional employer benefits, it’s essential to build a strong financial foundation. Phoebe helps her clients develop personalized strategies for managing income fluctuations, optimizing tax efficiency, and building long-term wealth, ensuring financial stability while they pursue their passions.
In addition to her work with entrepreneurs, Phoebe is highly skilled in retirement income planning, guiding individuals as they transition from wealth accumulation to creating a sustainable retirement income. Phoebe helps clients optimize Social Security, structure tax-efficient withdrawals, and maintain financial security throughout retirement. Beyond her career, Phoebe values time with her husband, their three children, and their two dogs. Whether exploring the mountains or relaxing by the beach, adventure and travel are central to their family life. She believes that quality time with loved ones is the greatest investment of all, and she is passionate about helping others create financial plans that allow them to focus on what truly matters.

ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.

Beads of Courage
Beads of Courage is an art-in-medicine program that helps kids with cancer tell their unique treatment story through colorful beads that are symbols of their courage.
