Meet the leader changing the narrative.

Tina Davis serves as a District Director.  Tina is passionate about attracting, coaching, and leading women advisors who are challenging the status quo.  She and her team provide a platform to help women confidently launch and grow their financial planning businesses by providing customized support and development resources with a proven track record of success, specifically with women advisors.

Tina grew up in smaller communities in Central Illinois, learning early on the importance of trusting relationships and the value of interdependence and community. She brings this connectedness to her team and believes the best coaches and leaders are those willing to tell the truth to those they care about.  She has been described as kind, but direct - a compliment that goes to her head.

Davis Unit

Not your typical corporate leader.

Tina Davis played on a nationally ranked roller derby team for six years, serving as team captain and then skating coach. Her time serving as board President, Training and Development Coach, and Rules Committee chair for the national governing body, WFTDA (Women’s Flat Track Derby Association) turned out to be a meaningful journey in leadership development. She understands how to meet people where they are, drive performance, and lead a diverse and inclusive organization. She falls in love with people for exactly who they are but is never afraid to challenge them to their full potential.

Tina Davis lives in Champaign with her husband, Erik, and their two dogs, Hank and Mabel. Tina and Erik have three kids between them, Tyranny, Amina and Ayden.

Despite dealing with old injuries, Tina has completed an 11-mile Tough Mudder obstacle race and continues to roller skate, mostly for distance. When she isn’t staring at a computer, she loves to cook, work out, listen to podcasts, garden-ish, skate, host craft nights, read with her book club, and hang with her family.

Occasionally you’ll catch her at a two-star dive bar.

Lending a hand in my community.

As part of Northwestern Mutual, I'm proud to help accelerate the search for better childhood cancer treatments while supporting families undergoing treatment, and survivors from late effects. Here are some of the organizations we partner with:

Champaign Parks Foundation

The Champaign Parks Foundation provides philanthropic support for the Champaign Park District. They work hard to ensure funding is available to continue providing Champaign residents with the quality of parks, programs, and services they've come to expect and deserve. They focus on supporting arts, environment, open space, recreation, and playgrounds through the numerous programs, parks, and facilities to be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities.
