Nicki Morgan grew up in the suburbs of Dallas, TX, where she developed a strong sense of community and leadership. Her college years at Texas Tech University were transformative, as she actively participated in her sorority, Pi Beta Phi, and ultimately served as Panhellenic President. This leadership role allowed her to hone her skills in organization, communication, and mentorship, helping her realize her desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Nicki's journey led her to meet and marry Alex Morgan, her supportive partner in both life and business. Together, they reside in Austin, TX, with their children, where they have built a life rooted in love and mutual support. Nicki and her family enjoy traveling across the country, exploring new places, and creating lasting memories. They savor meals at their favorite Austin restaurants, work on home projects that bring them closer together, and spend quality time with their children. Surrounded by family and friends, Nicki cherishes the moments that bring joy and fulfillment to her life. Her commitment to family and community continues to be a central theme in her personal and professional endeavors.
