A Client Centric Team

As a current Reservist US Air Force Combat Veteran and F-15E Instructor, Tim and his team have been called to continue to serve with the same core values they have embodied for years.  Representing one of the finest financial services institutions; Tim's core values of integrity, personal accountability, excellence and family all carry on in every aspect of his life. Tim recognizes the importance and thrives in client relationships, knowing that those connections are the hallmark to success. Only by helping clients visualize their potential for financial security and "work from the target backwards" can Tim and Northwestern Mutual help keep their client headed in the right direction to realize their goals and dreams.

Tim and his people.

My Mission

"My mission as a financial representative is simple. My clients will never doubt that by simply listening with empathy and compassion to their goals, dreams, hopes, and fears, and applying the same attention to detail and contingency planning that enabled my success in my previous career, they will achieve the financial security and success they desire. With a focus on relationship building, quality of service, and an open lane of bi-directional feedback, my objective is to tailor each individual client's dreams to a plan and solutions that will best fit their goals and ensure we're planning proactively, not reactively."

- Timothy Shinol

A Culture of Teaching

Throughout our journey together, my style of financial planning will always be one of mentorship and teaching. Growing up as an educator and instructor in the military, I love being able to teach my people the concepts so that they understand them and can connect to the concepts. When you feel you understand topics better, you're more likely to understand their immense value in a holistic financial plan. I will look to always elevate your education and knowledge on financial topics because I know that this business and financial security is a generational concern. I want my clients to be able to articulate their financial plan in a way that improves their children's financial position and education and ensures their security.
