Director of Recruitment and Selection
Emily is a native of Madison, Mississippi and graduated from Ole Miss with a degree in Biological Sciences. After graduation, she spent several years in Chicago before beginning her career in sales at a local insurance firm. She transitioned to state government writing Medicaid policy and earned a Certificate...
Emily is a native of Madison, Mississippi and graduated from Ole Miss with a degree in Biological Sciences. After graduation, she spent several years in Chicago before beginning her career in sales at a local insurance firm. She transitioned to state government writing Medicaid policy and earned a Certificate in Supervisory Management through the nationally accredited MCPM program. She also opened a health insurance agency, fundraised for Wounded Warriors and volunteered at the VA hospital. Emily started her career with Northwestern Mutual in the Louisiana and Mississippi network office as Director of Selection and Recruitment in 2019. She primarily focused on recruiting full-time candidates. She is passionate about attracting and developing talented entrepreneurs who wish to improve the community as much as themselves. She recently joined the Phoenix office as Director of Selection and is excited to continue her career helping others find their potential.
