Notice of Disability
We are sorry that you or the insured has experienced an unexpected change in health. We recognize how difficult this can be and we are here to provide assistance during the claims process. To begin, we need some initial information from you. Upon receipt of the information, a personalized claim kit will be sent to the insured. This kit contains the forms and instructions needed to file a claim.
Note: Only one notification is necessary to inform Northwestern Mutual of a disability claim.
